Salmon is healthy food.  It is high in protein, contains Omega-3 fatty acid and Vitamin D.

The simple method of cooking salmon is by grilling which I normally do.  Marinate the salmon with salt and sugar.  Drizzle oil over the salmon and grill (skin faces up) at 250 degrees.  When skin is crispy and puffed up, spread honey over the flesh and grill till flesh is caramelized.

Gravy to go with the salmon :
10 cherry tomatoes (cut into halves), 3 pcs garlics (minced finely), 2 pcs gingers (sliced finely)

Mix together :

1 tsp balsamic vinegar, sugar / honey (according to taste), 2 tbsp light soya sauce, 2 tbsp shao xin chinese wine, cornflour

Fry ginger and garlics till fragrant, add in tomatoes and fry over high heat for 1 mins.  Pour sauce over and cook till gravy thickens.  Spread gravy over fish and serve.
