I had never appreciate and like tofu since young.  I was forced to eat whenever my mum prepared tofu, resulted in unhappiness over mealtime. The texture of tofu during the olden days was not smooth and silken like now, and it smelled fermentation.

I learned to appreciate tofu in later life and the nutrition derives from it.

Soak dried cuttlefish and steam with silken tofu in light soya sauce and garlic.
