Had been a hectic week at work before a break for the holiday. During the 2-week leave will be busy baking cakes and cookies, planning meals for X'mas and New Year's eve.
Since November had been baking fruit cakes and leave to mature in liquor till the festive season, and will update on the fruit cakes later.
A simple main curry dish for dinner. I deep fried two ikan tengirri and cooked in curry paste. Ingredients : 3 tablespoons curry paste, 1 stalk lemon grass (cut into 3 parts and mash), 1 fresh red chilly, 2 gloves garlic and 1 cup fresh milk.
