When my eldest daughter is on vacation break from univ she likes to cook. One of the dishes are stuff portobello mushroom. She marinates the minced pork with cornflour and seasoning, mixed in onions, garlics and mushroom stalks. Stuff mushroom with pork mixture and grilled over high heat till meat is cooked.
